INDEPENDENT LIVING
Individuals with a physician’s statement indicating their ability to live with full independence, or independence with an acceptable level of privately contracted or family member assistance are provided the following services:
- An efficiency size, one bedroom or two bedroom apartment.
- Daily breakfast meal served in the Community Center (except holidays).
- All utilities included (electricity up to $60 per month, cable television, water/sewer, trash removal), except for telephone.
- Regularly scheduled social, recreational and fitness programs in the Community Center.
- Once a week transportation to a local grocery store.
- Once a week transportation to an area restaurant.
- Wireless internet access and a common area computer.

Small One Bedroom: $660 Large One Bedroom: $785 Two Bedroom: One Person: $875
