A LA CARTE SERVICES
The following services are available to any resident of Flint Ridge Village
Housekeeping Services – Light housekeeping within the apartment: $15 per hour, one hour minimum.
Laundry Services – Pickup and delivery of personal laundry for washing and drying: $10 per pickup.
Grocery Shopping Services – Grocery purchase and delivery service: $10 per trip.
Home Delivered Meals – (Lunch and/or dinner only) $5 per meal, delivered to your door.
Emergency Contact Device – A sophisticated signaling device that provides interactive communication with a professional attendant, who can summon appropriate help (emergency squad, family or friends) in the event of an emergency: $50 set up fee, $35 monthly fee (6 month minimum).
Moderate assistance with bathing and dressing – $18 per hour.
